I am the broker of record and part owner of the locally owned and operated McGuire Capital Group Realty located in downtown Vacaville. I was born and raised in Vacaville and I truly understand the charm and nuances of each individual neighborhood, and am in tune with their current market values. This is not only true for the town I call home, but also the surrounding Solano County area. Having attending Notre Dame Elementary and then Vacaville High School, I know what the private and public school systems in Vacaville have to offer.
Possessing an Economics and Accounting degree from University of California, Santa Barbara as well as a NMLS lender license, I understand both the emotional aspect with making one of the largest investments of your life, as well the financial aspect of what it takes to get a loan that makes sense for you, and one that also closes on time with minimal stress to you, the client. I am also part owner and mortgage broker for a private money lending company that caters to investors looking for alternative financing to the conventional investor loan products available today.
At MCG Realty we consider ourselves modern real estate agents who know how to utilize the latest technology to take advantage of the market today! We think outside the box and our marketing strategy with be custom to only you and your house.
Call me to get an honest assessment of what your house is worth, or to discuss how to get your next dream home!
Mark is a wonderful realtor. We have worked with him for the purchase and sale of three houses. Couldn’t ask for anyone more knowledgeable of Solano County. He comes from a family of real estate professionals. Mark puts you at ease through the entire process.
I Believe In Real Estate. I am an owner of McGuire Capital Group Realty, a local boutique real estate brokerage in Vacaville, CA. We are 100% Local, Organic, Grass-Fed Realtors. I started practicing real estate in 2002, however I was born and raised in Vacaville as a daughter of a real estate broker-developer, Paul McGuire. With more than 80 years of combined real estate experience in my family, I figure I better be good at this. My family has helped define what this city is today through commercial development, residential custom developments, the creation of Opportunity House Program & Thrift Store, founding VPEF: Vacaville Public Education Foundation, and being involved in life-changing organizations like Rotary. Real Estate ownership & investing is my passion. My personal experience in owning, flipping, investing, managing and navigating in the changing real estate market offers my clients the best service available. I have the ability to share and educate clients about what makes Solano County a unique place to live and invest. I have a high-quality professional network including CPA’s, investors, private money lenders, contractors, property managers, & inspectors. I have very effective negotiating skills, I am a good listener and a great communicator. I think outside the box and am very proud of my small, yet bad-ass brokerage.
We had the pleasure of working with Shea on two transactions; buying our current home and selling our previous one. Working with Shea was nothing short of remarkable. She made everything feel so easy, comfortable, honest, and logical. Shea works so diligently that we, the client, we not bothered with the ins and outs of overwhelming real estate transactions. She would keep us in the loop about everything we needed to know and handle the rest with pure professionalism. Shea also gave us great pointers on the current market, our neighborhood, and even how to beautify our homes. Shea went above and beyond to ensure we found a our dream home and love living in it.
My name is Tom McGuire and I am the co-owner of McGuire Capital Group Realty and our Preferred Lender. I graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a degree in Finance and have held positions in large corporations such as ING, Liberty Mutual, and New York Life as well as smaller local companies such as Solano Bank and now Envoy Mortgage. These experiences have allowed me to understand how banks, mortgage companies, and mortgage brokers interact.
I grew up in Vacaville and have been exposed to the real estate industry my entire life. My father Paul has been selling real estate in this area for over 30 years and my sister Shea joined him on the sales side seven years ago. Therefore if you have any questions about what your real estate in Solano County is worth, whether to refinance, or general real estate questions; I have the knowledge and the resources to serve your needs. If you want to know how capital gains might affect a potential sale, how to transfer your existing tax base to your new property if you are over 55 years old, or whether your property can qualify for a 1031 exchange, please give me a call. I am confident that with my strong financial background, I can find the right loan to improve your current financial situation as well as assist you in realizing your long-term financial goals.
My experience with Tom was beyond stellar! Being a first time home buyer and understanding very little about the whole mortgage process is supposed to be a scary thing, not with Tom on your team! Any question, concern, or idea I had Tom was already ahead of and provided me with the most understandable answers I could have needed. If there were any hiccups Tom and his team were on top of it working hard to insure a smooth and pleasing Loan process! Throughout my experience Tom made me feel like more of a friend then a client which made me comfortable knowing he had only my best interest in mind! I will 100% refer any of my friends and family to Tom and his team and am so thankful for him helping me thru the home buying process 🙂
Paul was raised and educated in Milton, MA completing a BA in Physics at Holy Cross in 1969. Although he was awarded a teaching fellowship at MIT/Boston University, the Air Force trumped his decision sending him to pilot training in Arizona instead. He served as a reconnaissance pilot/aircraft commander in Vietnam where he completed over 100 missions and was awarded the DFC and two oak leaf clusters. After his base was overrun, he escaped through Cambodia, Laos and Thailand and was the only one of his crew of eight to finally return home alive in 1973. He ended his service with a tour at Travis AFB where he settled with wife, Debby, and started their family.
After a short stint selling medical and surgical supplies, Paul decided that the real estate opportunities in Vacaville drove his curiosity and passion. He obtained his real estate brokers license and formed Vacaville Realty and Investment in 1976. He earned his CCIM designation in 1979 and started doing commercial development in 1980. He served as President of the local Board of Realtors in 1984 and in 2014. He currently works at McGuire Capital Real Estate for daughter, Shea, and sons, Tom and Mark. Son, Paul, and his wife, Sundance, represent another side of the service community as firefighter/paramedic and surgical physician’s assistant.
Paul has always been involved with the community, serving as President of the Chamber of Commerce; founding member and board president of the Children’s Network of Solano County; founding member and board president of Opportunity House, the local homeless shelter; helped build Notre Dame elementary school and served several terms as their board president.
Always striving for balance in life, Paul is also an avid golfer and tennis player, attempting to pass on these passions to his six grandchildren who live near by.

Hi, I’m Catherine Cherry and I’ve been a Realtor serving Northern Solano County for 26 years. I’ve recently affiliated with McGuire Capital Group Realty which is a home grown company with deep roots in this area. I started my career with Kappel and Kappel and was regularly in the top 5% among hundreds of agents. While there I served as President of the Board of Realtors for Northern Solano County in 2006. I was also President of the Women’s council of Realtors in 1994. I earned the SRES education designation to serve the unique needs of seniors. I’ve also been a top agent for Short Sales and a certified HAFA specialist. I’ve been active in the community having raised thousands of dollars for the Vacaville School Music program, on the board for On Stage Vacaville supporting performing arts, fundraising gala for American Cancer Society. We’ve been in the Vacaville business community as founders of Cherry Pit, a trusted Automotive maintenance business.
Vacaville has been my home since 1973 where we have raised six children and now have 12 grandchildren, all living close by. In 1979 we found an 1880’s Victorian farmhouse on eleven acres in Pleasants Valley and stripped it down to the frame, restoring and adding on. We lived there for thirty five years until it became too much work. We now live Downtown in a Spanish Bungalow with lots of shade trees and I love it. As busy as I am, I still find time to make quilts and work in our garden Vacaville has been a great place to raise a family. It’s is my community and I would enjoy helping you become part of it.
Catherine Cherry was amazing to work with. She ensured our needs were met through the entire home purchasing process. Catherine made our first time home buying experience as stress free as possible and made sure that we understood everything that was taking place. Her knowledge of the market area is second to none, which made her a key asset to us during our home purchase. She goes that extra mile to make sure you get what you want in your new home. You can’t go wrong choosing Catherine Cherry to be part of your team!
I grew up in Vacaville and, after going to college at U.C. Santa Barbara and living in San Francisco for several years, moved back to Vacaville 15 years ago. I am happily married to Gerry Holzapple, Jr., who is part owner of Holzapple Construction. We both love Vacaville’s sense of community and enjoy giving back to the community through our involvement in Vacaville Sunrise Rotary. As a REALTOR®, my goal is to provide my clients the highest level of service. From the time you decide to buy or sell a home to the time the transaction closes, I will be by your side guiding you through the process every step of the way. Buying or selling a home is exciting but also one of the most stressful events a person or family experiences. My goal is to make the process as simple and enjoyable as possible.
Jill Blechschmidt is terrific! I only gave her a five star rating because six stars were not available. I was very apprehensive about the prospect of selling my house in California while living in Hawaii. Jill was so helpful in explaining the myriad of complex documents that had to be completed on line. From marketing, taxations issues, arranging for inspections and repairs, negotiation with prospective buyers and the finalization of the sale Jill was the consummate professional. I placed complete trust in her advice and recommendations and was never disappointed. You could not do better than Jill.

My clients come first! Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I love my job, and my enthusiasm shows when I work with you. Over my career, I’m about 50% buyers and 50% sellers, and I like that balance. By representing buyers, I’m in the familiarizing myself with the current listings and writing offers. This provides me with the knowledge and experience to represent sellers since I’m current on what buyers’s wants and needs are. Personally, I strike the balance with having a very analytical mind (I have a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Davis) with being very approachable and personable. I’m very involved with our local association of REALTORs which is important as this is a “people person business.” As a result, I know most of the active agents in the area, which helps my clients a great deal because, most likely, I will know or have met every player our transaction.
I pride myself on really taking care of my clients. I would love to work with you, s o please feel free to contact me now and let’s get to work!
Edwin was great! When I had to short sale my house, Edwin was there to help. He helped me through the entire process, including dealing with the bank. When it came time to sell the house, he had great tips for me to make my house more marketable. After a short time on the market I got an offer! Unfortunately, that buyer backed out, but the house did not sit on the market for more than a week before we received another offer. Through the entire process, from listing the house to closing the deal, Edwin rocked! He answered every email, text and phone call. He was calm in what was a really stressful situation. I highly recommend him to anyone, and, now that my mom and I are ready to buy again, he’s the only guy we are going to call.

We were fortunate enough to meet Janna at an open house she was hosting. My husband and I were impressed with her right away. She asked all the right questions and we knew she would be a good choice to represent us with the purchase of our new home in Vacaville. We were not disappointed! She found us the perfect home and negotiated a great deal. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in Vacaville. She is a go getter!

A So Cal girl turned Nor Cal–that’s my story! Three years ago , my husband, I, and our two children made the move from sunny Palm Springs to Vacaville. I loved this town the second I moved here and have grown to love it more each day.
Real estate is in my blood, as my parents have been flipping homes since the 70’s. I have been a realtor for close to 12 years, serving buyers, sellers, and investors in both Southern California and Northern California. Beyond serving my clients I also enjoy finding and training new agents. This allows me to be in two places at once and give my clients the same quality of service.
My business is 100% referral based and I view each client as lifelong. I am proud to say that I keep in close contact with a majority of my clients and continue to help them make decisions regarding their real estate investments.
A portion of my earnings, from each sale are donated to CASA of Solano County. CASA advocates for abused, neglected children within the court and foster care system. Proud to work for a company that will match my donation to make a greater impact in helping these children.

“We had the pleasure of listing our home with Traci Foderaro from McGuire Realty. She was extremely professional and was always available to answer our crazy questions. The sell of our home was a complicated one due to the buyers having several complications however she kept us at ease by constant communication with the buyers realtor and the sell went through. We decided to use her for our out of area home purchase as well. She made several trips to show us homes at over an hour drive away from Vacaville. We can’t say enough about Traci and would use her again. Great customer service!” – Colene S.

Brandon went above and beyond helping us sell our home. There were tons of houses for sale in our neighborhood at the time and we sold first! He marketed our house so well with professional photos that stood out and brought a lot of people to our open house. Our sale went so well that 3 other home owners in our neighborhood hired him to sell their homes within the next month successfully as well. I cannot express how happy and gracious we were to have met and worked with Brandon.
I am from Nashville TN, where I received my first certifications in real estate at 18. My father is a financial advisor and so at 13, while my friends were off at summer camp, I was going to Dave Ramsey seminars and taking investment strategy classes. It wasn’t long before I realized my future was in real estate. I spent six years in the Air Force and fell in love with this area while stationed at Travis AFB. I was still on active duty when I met Edwin Legaspi and the McGuire’s while looking for an investment properties. I was immediately attracted to the energy of this agency. I was basically adopted and spent several years shadowing, assisting and learning from Edwin and Shea before separating from the military and beginning my own career in real estate. I love this community and love that my family is apart of it. My son can usually be found playing at Alamo park or hiding under my desk while I’m working. I am still actively involved and volunteer on the base one day a week. I would love you help you with any and all of your real estate needs. I bring my energy, attention to detail, and passion for real estate to every transaction.
This is a top notch high profile real estate agent. Trystan is knowledgeable with high end private and commercial property. If you are thinking of listing definitely consider Trystan. He is prior Air Force and is well connected within the area.

She believes in the community and chose McGuire Capital Group Realty because they shared the same passion in philanthropy and commitment to our hometown.
From the first phone call, until the day the keys to our new home were in our hands, Lynnette was amazing. She made the process so incredibly smooth. Her expert advice during the offer process helped our offer beat out many others! She was quick to respond with answers to our questions along the way. Her customer service skills are top notch and she was a great negotiator, going to bat for us on several issues. Her perseverance on our behalf was amazing. I would highly recommend Lynnette if you’re looking to buy or sell a home. She knows her stuff, and makes good things happen!
Vacaville is my home! So, after spending 4 years in the bay area at Holy Names University to earn my Bachelor’s Degree, playing professional AVP Beach Volleyball in Huntington Beach and earning my Masters Degree in Sacramento, of course I made my way back to my home town. I take pride in the town I was born and raised in. I feel you are at an advantage when you have a Realtor who knows the town you are moving to inside and out. You want to work with someone who knows the areas, the neighborhoods and the school districts. It is important to have a Realtor to help you through this. I’m a Vacaville expert!
